About the event
Join us on January 18th for the Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Parade, one of the longest running MLK parades in northeast Georgia. This beloved community tradition brings neighbors together to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. through celebration, visibility, and unity.
Community members are invited to participate by registering cars, ATVs, motorcycles, and floats. Civic organizations, churches, and community groups are especially encouraged to gather a group and take part in this meaningful procession.
Participants may pre-register on the website or register the day of the event at the Blackwell Cultural Center, located at 375 Mill Street. The registration fee is $25.00.Come be part of a tradition that honors the past while moving forward together, celebrating community, service, and the ongoing work of justice and hope.
